TLC’s greatest asset is its staff of qualified and dedicated teachers, aides and specialists.  All of our teachers are certified by the New Jersey Department of Education. Many of our teachers hold advanced degrees while others are currently working towards additional qualification. Above all, our teachers love working with children, and helping them to grow and nurturing the educational, social, and emotional well being of our students

As a school and faculty, we are committed to ongoing professional development. This includes taking advantage of our own wealth of pedagogical knowledge and experience through regular in-service training, as well as leadership and participation in workshops, conferences and other training opportunities hosted by various education organizations.
